Crown Jade can provide the architectural and structural plans for your light commercial building. We have an architect on retainer who will review the complex code requirements and provide a code analysis statement that we place on the plans. If required by the Building/Zoning Department the architect can stamp the plans as designer of record, or if accepted by the Building/Zoning Department, our principal engineer can do this as well. We’ll work with you to develop the floor plans and elevations that suit your needs. We’ll coordinate with your contractor and design with building materials that meet your needs and are right for the job.
